Planning a trip raises lots of questions. Rest assured that we are here to answer all of your inquiries. We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions that we think will be of use to you. Read below, and if you have any doubts, please reach out.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation 30 days or more before the start of the rental period: 100% refund of the total rental cost.
Cancellation within 29 days of the start of the rental period: No refund will be provided.
Is this home safe for babies and children?
Yes absolutely!
We have children of our own, the caravan is setup for family use, just take the usual precautions you would at home!
Are pets allowed?
Yes for sure!
We have two small dogs of our own and welcome you to bring your own pets, all we ask is that you leave the caravan in a clean and tidy state, hoover any hair up etc!
Do you provide bedding and towls?
Sorry no.
We've tried to keep the cost down and with laundry costs this adds a large premium to the rental cost. Pillows and duvets are provided, just bring sheets, covers and cases! You will also need to bring all personal towels, Tea towels are provided
