About the Property
Looking for a Self Catering Static Caravan that provides the best in comfort and amenities? Welcome to Bears Lair, with sea views from our decking, with plenty of seating to enjoy alfresco dinning and a good sized secure garden, who could ask for more!

En-suite Master bedroom with Island Bed, Twin room, Small Double in main seating area, converting from a sofa we can sleep up to 6 people. It has a a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, large shower and good sized lounge with TV.

Outside there is a good sized garden, perfect for letting the dogs run around as its fully enclosed. Storage shed/drying room for hanging muddy/wet stuff or drying dry suits in between dives.

Our Approach & Rates
As you may have already read we aim to keep costs down by only letting to likeminded people who are happy to give the caravan the once over with the hoover and provide your own sheets and towels etc...We have the caravan cleaned fully every few weeks. If anything is out of place when you arrive please let me know straight away so I can arrange for it to be attended to.
As we are not letting on a 'business' approach (This doesn't mean we adopt an unprofessional service) the caravan will rarely be be booked back to back meaning we are more than happy to be flexible with days used so if you wanted a Friday to Monday, or a Saturday to a Monday we do not intend to charge anymore . This doesn't mean we adopt an unprofessional service!
Our Rates are £300 for a long weekend and a full week £500. Please indicate on your enquiry the dates you'd like and where you got our details from!
